Masculine Thank You

I made these masculine thank you cards for a few coworkers who really help make my office function smoothly. Love the "gears" theme for this :) I cut a few strips of extra scrap paper, then cut the strips in 1/2 to make triangles, then I just taped them side by side and trimmed the edges. Love this look!

Right Now

I made this card as a thank you to my boyfriend's mom who hosted a small campout at her house this past weekend. I just love the Summertime Charm stamps and dies from Lawn Fawn!

No stamp? No problem!

I love making Thank You cards- it's nice to create and give a hand written note these days in the time of so many electronic communications.

Last week, my coworker hand made over 20 different flavors of ice cream (along with home made fudge and caramel sauce) so I wanted to make her a special card. I don't have an ice cream stamp, so I used this image found here from a blog by @LauraCarter (found using Bing images search).

Recently, one of my coworkers took photographs of all the people in my organization and did an amazing job editing our photos to hang on a wall. I wanted to make him a masculine camera card, but didn't have a camera stamp, so I used this image found here from a blog by @tammyleebradley (found using Bing images search).

This is a good example of how to create cute personal cards without having to buy one stamp that you would not use more than once or twice (cards of course not for resale/personal gain- copyright violations with images found on the internet that aren't yours).

2011 Thank You Cards

This is my Thank You card for Christmas presents this year. I stamped the snowflakes with Impression Obsession's Cover-a-Card Snowflakes in Versamark ink. I used Tim Holt'z perfect pearls for the snowflakes color. I used a Thank You stamp from Loving Words by Ali Edwards with a glitter pen and a winter blue Kaleidacolor ink pad. I used an extra silver snowflake sticker with a rhinestone to finish it off along with snowflake ribbon from Michaels.

I created a couple thank you cards recently for my Aunt who gave my friend a tour of her National award winning goat farm (http://www.udderlycrazy.com/) and to my friend for my lovely birthday presents. Each cute in their own way.
