I made this card using DeNami Design's E137 Small Cloud stamp, Technique Tuesday's Love, Ali stamp set designed by Ali Edwards and Countryside Bike from Impress. I hand drew the balloon and covered it with glossy accents. I popped the clouds using dimensionals and trimmed them with stickles. I tore a piece of washi tape to create grass and I used various mists to create the sunny background. Such a fun card- for a kid's birthday, thank you, just because, birthday, etc.

Seattle Birthday
I made this birthday card for my amazing friend who is from and loves Seattle, but lives in Los Angeles as an editor (hence the film strips and reel). I love how it came together! Space Needle stamp is from Impress. Background stamp is Distress from Impression Obsession. Text from an old Ali Edwards stamp set no longer sold by Technique Tuesday. Film Strip Ribbon by Tim Holtz. I thought the polaroid stamp was from Impression Obsession, but I cannot find it anymore... there are many on the market currently though!

July 2012 KitVille
ScrapVille's monthly Kit Club, called KitVille is a monthly challenge
where you make anything you want using the supplies in the kit + 2 additional
items from ScrapVille (which is really easy to manage- stickers, adhesive,
papers, ribbons, distress ink/stains, stickles, etc). The July kit challenge
included 2 6x6 Core'dinations papers, SEI Field Notes paper and black American Crafts Pop microbeads.
I used Impress's Eiffel Tower stamp on top of Impression Obsession's Script stamp. I used Tim Holtz black distress ink to color the flower and added stickles to make it sparkle. I used Cavallini Decorative paper tape "Paris" and put a red tape line next to it to adhere the microbeads to. I added fine glitter on top of the microbeads line to fill in where the beads didn't fit. These microbeads go everywhere, even when contained in a tray, so I will not be using them again. Was a fun challenge though to try them out at least once :)

Paris
I am super in love
with the trendy Paris themes right now. Here I used Impress Rubber Stamps "Eiffel Tower" and "Merci" stamps, Cavallini Decorative paper tape "Paris" and "Paris" Caballini Rubber stamps. For the background I used Impression Obsession Cover-a-Card Script and Cover-a-Card Passport. The framed red ovals and black/gold circle stickers are from Jolee's French General line. I've never been to Paris, but I'm in love with it! Super fun to play with...

I heart Seattle
I really do heart Seattle, the sky line makes my heart smile every time I see it... even after all these years...
I HAD to have the new Space Needle stamp sold at Impress Rubber Stamps along with Savvy's skyline stamp (they even have a matching die!). This past week we celebrated Admin Day at the Space Needle- what a perfect opportunity to make Space Needle thank you cards for those who arranged the day?!
