July 2012 KitVille

ScrapVille's monthly Kit Club, called KitVille is a monthly challenge where you make anything you want using the supplies in the kit + 2 additional items from ScrapVille (which is really easy to manage- stickers, adhesive, papers, ribbons, distress ink/stains, stickles, etc). The July kit challenge included 2 6x6 Core'dinations papers, SEI Field Notes paper and black American Crafts Pop microbeads.

I used Impress's Eiffel Tower stamp on top of Impression Obsession's Script stamp. I used Tim Holtz black distress ink to color the flower and added stickles to make it sparkle. I used Cavallini Decorative paper tape "Paris" and put a red tape line next to it to adhere the microbeads to. I added fine glitter on top of the microbeads line to fill in where the beads didn't fit. These microbeads go everywhere, even when contained in a tray, so I will not be using them again. Was a fun challenge though to try them out at least once :)
