Festive Christmas
For my July ScrapVille DT challenge, I made this scrapbook layout using the new Authentique "Festive" line. I thought it coordinated great with the cabin Christmas pictutres. The kraft paper is not from the line and didn't have any pattern to it so it wasn't "fitting" in. To make it match, I used my DeNami Design J133 "Decorative Flourish" stamp with Versamark ink, perfect fix! I also made 2 cards with the extra stickers and paper scraps.

Happy Retirement
My boyfriend's father just retired finally. He loves golf, so I knew I wanted to use DeNami Design's Golfer Chickie stamp. He fits perfectly inside the Small Dot Circle frame stamp. I added their yummy Citrone glitter too, of course! We were giving him fun prankster golf balls, golf tees and rootbeer candy so I made a matching kraft brown bag to hold his gifts. Sentiment from Studio AE's "Simple Joy" May set.

June 2012 KitVille
ScrapVille's monthly Kit Club, called KitVille is a
monthly challenge where you make anything you want using the supplies in the kit + 2
additional items from ScrapVille (which is really easy to manage- stickers,
adhesive, papers, ribbons, distress ink/stains, stickles, etc). The June kit
challenge included 2 6x6 Core'dinations papers, mini clothes pins and baker's twine. Here
is what I made from the kit:

Both of these fairytale stamps are from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps (which ScrapVille can order for you). Cinderella is paired with the glass shoe (used glossy accents) and paper flowers along with bling ribbon. I used the decorative flourish background stamp from DeNami Design. Alice is paired with a super white flower with stickles and a pearl center. I printed a "drink me" bottle (image found on web) and used the clothes pin. I used decorative tape on the bottom that is Alice themed (from Amazon).

No stamp? No problem!
I love making Thank You cards- it's nice to create and give a hand written note these days in the time of so many electronic communications.
Last week, my coworker hand made over 20 different flavors of ice cream (along with home made fudge and caramel sauce) so I wanted to make her a special card. I don't have an ice cream stamp, so I used this image found here from a blog by @LauraCarter (found using Bing images search).
Recently, one of my coworkers took photographs of all the people in my organization and did an amazing job editing our photos to hang on a wall. I wanted to make him a masculine camera card, but didn't have a camera stamp, so I used this image found here from a blog by @tammyleebradley (found using Bing images search).
This is a good example of how to create cute personal cards without having to buy one stamp that you would not use more than once or twice (cards of course not for resale/personal gain- copyright violations with images found on the internet that aren't yours).

I love love love
Moonlight Whispers stamps sold at Kraftin Kimmie. I made this card using Stella Strawberry- she is just to cute! I made the double looped bow with the Bow Easy tool- just $6 to make beautiful fast bows!
